Hawaii's flagship university! And as the flagship, admission to UHM is not easy. Out of the roughly 35 Hilo High students who applied for admission last year, 20 to 25 were accepted (I have to estimate here because some were accepted provisionally and I'm not sure if those provisions were eventually met.)
The UHM admissions specialist that covers our school is Ms. Irene Morrow. The best way to find out more about UHM admissions is to give her a toll free call at 1-877-447-3233.
